Closer to nature with M/Y Kensho by Admiral Yachts
Admiral Yachts’ 75-meter yacht, M/Y Kenshō, is the brainchild of The Italian Sea Group’s owner, who designed it in 2016. This majestic megayacht came to life in collaboration with an exceptional team consisting of naval designers from AZURE and the archineers.berlin studio, supported in the technical side by Technical Marine UK and Trappmann Consulting.
Sinuous shapes inspired by nature
As far as its exterior design, Kenshō has state-of-the-art features such as a unique crew corridor and walkways only on the upper deck, which allow for optimized space in dedicated guest areas. Full-height glazing and low-slung flaps are the elements that ensure views of immersive and breathtaking views.
Kenshō’s interior design was overseen by the Jouin Manku Agency, which defied nautical conventions by designing high and generous ceilings, panoramic views, and clever, modular configurations to enhance space, intimacy, and comfort. Kenshō is distinguished by a rich palette of furnishing materials, including teak, marble, onyx, silk, wool, bronze, and glass.
A new quality of sea life
Kenshō was awarded “Motoryacht of the year” in 2023. It also won in its “Displacement Motor Yachts 1500gt and Above” category at Boat International’s prestigious World Superyacht Awards 2023.
Not least is the recognition of the Classification Authority’s “ECO” notation that M/Y Kenshō has earned thanks to its innovative “diesel-electric” propulsion system.
